Elders
In the N.T., the terms elder, shepherd, overseerer, and pastor, all refer to one office, role, or function. CCNE is an Elder led church, with Jesus being our Senior Pastor. We believe the Bible teaches a radical concept of leadership, known as servant-leadership. (Mk 10:42-45) Furthermore, we believe that there should be a plurality of leadership within the Church. (Eph 4:11) Servant-leadership occurs best through a team-based and gifts-based approach to ministry. (Rom 12:4-6)

Paul is originally from Syracuse, NY. He and his wife Sandi have been married for 17 years and have three children ages, 10, 12, and 14.
